What We Do
International Rights Advocates promotes human rights and corporate accountability through legal advocacy and capacity building.
Our legal advocacy most often takes the form of supporting litigation against U.S. corporations for violations of the Alien Tort Statute (ATS), the Torture Victim Protection Act (TVPA), and various State Laws. For more information, see Our Cases.
Our Capacity Building includes working with partner organizations who pursue advocacy initiatives at the local, regional, and international levels and hosting trainings on a variety of subjects related to human rights litigation.
